Whether you’re considering divorce, in the thick of it, or rebuilding life and co-parenting after… I’m here to help.
Divorce touches every part of life—sleep, focus, parenting, friendships, faith and community expectations. You may feel pulled in opposite directions: wanting peace and also fearing change. If you’re pre-divorce, in the thick of it, or rebuilding after, we’ll slow things down so you can think clearly, protect your energy, and make choices that fit your values.
In session, I provide structure and skills you can use right away: calmer conversations, boundary scripts, co-parent communication, and decision clarity. My approach blends trauma-informed care with Gottman/EFT tools—and EMDR when it’s helpful—so you get both steadiness and progress without flooding your system. I work nonjudgmentally with clients from all faith and non-faith backgrounds, including current and former Latter-day Saint members.
Together we’ll rebuild self-trust, design routines that lower conflict, and create a plan for the next chapter that feels workable and hopeful. We’ll talk about hard things with care—and yes, some humor—so the process feels human. When you’re ready, I’m ready to help.

-
Post-divorce work centers on adjusting to single life, releasing emotional baggage, preparing for future relationships, and rebuilding self-confidence. We’ll also address co-parenting dynamics and routines that make your life simpler and more consistent.
-
I help you reduce escalations, improve communication, and create child-focused routines. You’ll learn practical tools (e.g., brief written communication, boundary scripts, problem-solving steps) that lower conflict and protect your bandwidth.
-
We’ll make space for the whole range of reactions and pace the work so you don’t feel flooded. Expect a blend of nervous-system regulation, thought/behavior tools, and trauma-informed practices so you can function while you heal. (I have focused trauma training and experience across domestic-violence settings and hospitals.)
-
No. I don’t provide legal advice or choose for you. My role is to help you think clearly, regulate emotions, and communicate effectively—so you can collaborate with attorneys and make values-aligned decisions.
